"I can’t say I wasn’t impressed..."
I can’t say I wasn’t impressed with this shirt. The stitching looks really clean, and it feels nicer than I expected when I put it on.

"Monogram came out exactly right"
The monogram looked just like what I entered when ordering. The letters were in the right order, and even the small spacing between them looked fine. No issues at all

"Not quite as soft as I wanted"
The monogram came out looking fine, no issues there. But the fabric just wasn’t as soft as I was hoping. A little rough, honestly. Even after washing. I’ll probably pass on buying it again.

"Embroidery didn’t match what they promised"
The shirt itself was fine, but the embroidery was a letdown. They made it sound like it would be clean and professional, so I was disappointed when I actually saw it in person.
A few of the letters had loose threads, and the spacing looked off in spots. From a distance it’s not super noticeable, but up close it definitely doesn’t look as neat as they promised.
For the price, I expected better quality. It’s not the worst thing ever, but I don’t think I’d order embroidery from here again.

Got a monogrammed sweatshirt for my sister and she ended up really loving it. It looked super cute in person and felt personal without being like, over the top or anything. I wasn’t sure how it would turn out at first, but yeah… really happy with it.

"I really wanted to like this more..."
I really wanted to like this more, but the whole experience was kind of frustrating. Shipping took longer than expected, and what annoyed me most was that the updates weren’t very clear, so I never really knew what was going on. When it finally arrived, the quality was just okay, not terrible, but definitely not as good as I’d hoped

"Ended up finding a style I really liked"
I was just browsing around for a bit and didn’t really know exactly what I wanted at first, so I clicked through a bunch of the options. Some of the monogram styles were more simple and cute, and a few had a more fun look to them, which was nice. After looking around, I realized there were actually plenty of designs to choose from, and it made it easy to find something that fit without spending forever on it. I’m really happy with what I found and would definitely use the site again.

"Felt like a fair price for custom work"
I ordered a monogrammed sweatshirt, and based on what I usually see with custom items, I was expecting it to be either way overpriced or kind of questionable quality. This ended up feeling fair compared to a few other sites I looked at. It definitely wasn’t the cheapest option, but it didn’t feel marked up for no reason either. Shipping was a little more than I assumed it would be, but overall it still seemed reasonable. The sweatshirt quality matched what I paid, so I’d call it a good deal.

I thought the order would take a bit longer to get moving, especially since it was a custom item. I placed it late on a Tuesday, so I wasn’t expecting any updates right away.
But I got the shipping email just a couple days later, which was a nice surprise. Based on what I expected, the processing time was really solid, and I never felt like I was left waiting around wondering what was happening.

UM is a verinclusive brand. From colors, to sizes, to everything in between, UM has something for everyone. You can personalize by putting your own stamp on the cute designs they offer. They have great deals and really cute stuff to offer! Can’t recommend it enough!

"High Quality!"
Everything I’ve ever ordered has been great quality and held up well over time. The only downside is the longer processing times due to being a smaller team but they’re very transparent about that!
